With such a saturated market for beauty products, I’ve always been curious about whether the skin care, makeup and hair brands I’m constantly fed ads for on social media are actually that popular. Is everyone truly buying from the latest celebrity skin care brand? Or am I missing out on some serious hidden gems?

As it turns out, I might be. I scrolled through Amazon’s beauty and personal care bestsellers list the other day, and was pretty surprised by what I found. Tons of shoppers are flocking to products I hadn’t even heard of before this, as well as plenty of affordable drugstore staples I still love myself.

There’s a bit of everything in the top 100 products — hair removal tools, K-beauty classics, under-the-radar cleansers and more.
