Alyssa Farah Griffin promises to wear a MAGA hat on “The View” — under one condition.

The former White House communications director explained Monday that she’s no fan of President-elect Donald Trump but said she won’t treat every blunder of his like “a five-alarm fire” — and will even don a pro-Trump hat if he keeps one particular promise.

“If he does good, if he gets the Israeli hostages out, I promise I will wear a MAGA hat for one day on the show and say, ‘Thank you for doing it!’” Griffin said, prompting co-host Sunny Hostin to plead: “Please don’t do that.”

Griffin joked that her deflated co-host would likely “knock it right off my head” but went on to urge the panel “to be able to cheer for wins when they happen and call out, relentlessly, the wrongdoing” that Trump and his administration will presumably engage in.

Griffin resigned from her White House post in 2020 and became an ardent Trump critic after his supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol in 2021. She once even prompted his ire by claiming he privately acknowledged that President Joe Biden won the 2020 election.

Trump will return to office Jan. 20 after his victory over Vice President Kamala Harris, however, and has already warned Hamas that there will be “HELL TO PAY” if they don’t release the remaining hostages taken during their surprise attack on Oct. 7, 2023.

“I agree with that,” Griffin told “The View’s” executive producer Brian Teta. “I’m not going to attack him or not say that that’s a good position … just because I don’t personally like the man. I care about the country, and I care about outcomes for the country.”

Griffin resigned as White House communications director under Trump in December 2020.

“I think that’s something that a lot of us who opposed Donald Trump missed this cycle,” she added, “is if you treat everything he does like a five-alarm fire a lot of the public kind of tunes it out. It just becomes noise.”

Israeli officials said Hamas forces killed 1,200 people during their assault on the country last year. The military response from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has left at least 44,500 Palestinians dead, per the Gaza Health Ministry.
